Eight celebrations are scheduled for the fourth annual Adoption Tour!

The kick-off takes place in Downtown Memphis on the morning of Monday October 6th. Following a brief celebration, the cyclists will begin the long journey that reflects the experience of many children seeking an adoptive family.  The second stop takes place at the Youth Villages residential treatment facility in Bartlett, TN around 10:30 am.

Later in the day a celebration will take place in Jackson, TN as the riders finish up their first day. Jackson Department of Children’s Services will partner with Jackson’s Agape office and host their celebration at; 77 Executive Drive in Jackson, TN 38305. The festivities will begin around 6 pm.

On Tuesday October 7th a celebration is scheduled for the Dickson TN Kmart at around 4 pm.

On Wednesday October 8th celebrations are scheduled for 12:00 am at Centennial Park in downtown Nashville and at the Department of Children’s Services in Lebanon around 4 pm.

On Thursday October 9th at noon a celebration will take place at the Courthouse in Sparta, TN.

The Homecoming Celebration is scheduled to begin at Knoxville’s World’s Fair Park at 5 pm as the riders arrive escorted by local riders and children.

The public is encouraged to attend all of the celebration events and learn more about adoption, celebrate the families who have adopted, and cheer on the riders and their dream that every child can find his or her own permanent home. In addition to adoption finalizations and official recognition of the riders, there will be local celebrities, children’s activities, and refreshments. Come hungry, have a good time, and have your heart touched by the amazing stories of love and dedication.
